Shipping cost
$4.99 flat-rate shipping on all orders. Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. Standard delivery takes 10–20 business days. During peak periods (holidays, new launches) please allow an additional 2–5 business days.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website at any time.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be notified when your country is added.
Returns — The diffuser
The Sola Diffuser can be returned within 14 days of delivery. It must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, email support@solascent.com with your order number.
Returns — Scent sets
Scent refill sets are final sale once the outer packaging has been opened. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Damaged or wrong items
If anything in your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@solascent.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement immediately.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Processing time on your bank's end may add 2–3 additional business days.
