Return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. After 14 days, returns are no longer accepted except in cases of damage or defect covered separately below.

Eligibility

To be eligible: items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition (unused, with all packaging and accessories), and accompanied by proof of purchase. Non-returnable: opened essential oil scent refills (for hygiene reasons), sale or clearance items marked final sale, and gift cards.

How to start a return

Email support@thesolascents.com with the subject line "Return Request." Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Within 2 business days we will respond with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or color, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest delivery of your replacement.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@thesolascents.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval: check your bank account again, contact your credit card company (refund posting can take a few business days), and contact your bank. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@thesolascents.com.
