Up to 8 hours of continuous use on a full charge. Charging takes approximately 90 minutes via the included USB-C cable. A low-battery indicator light will pulse when it's time to recharge.

Each 10ml refill lasts approximately 2–4 weeks at moderate use — roughly 3 to 4 hours per day. Higher intensity settings or larger rooms will shorten that window. Lower intensity in a small space can extend it beyond 4 weeks.

Yes. Cold-air diffusion has no fan, no heater, and no water pump — just gentle ultrasonic vibration beneath the threshold of most people's hearing. Most customers cannot hear Sola from across a room.

Yes. Sola is fully cordless and compact — smaller than a standard soda can. It sits in a cup holder, runs entirely on its internal battery, and does not require a power connection during use.

Pure essential oils only. No synthetic fragrance, no carrier oils, no fillers. Each refill is sourced from a single origin or thoughtfully blended for a specific mood profile. All oils are shelf-stable for 24 months unopened.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. Standard delivery takes 10–20 business days. Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once your package leaves our facility.

The Sola Diffuser can be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Scent refill sets are final sale once the packaging has been opened. To start a return, contact us at support@solascent.com.

You can buy the diffuser on its own and add scents separately. The Starter Kit simply bundles both together at a lower combined price — it's the most cost-effective way to start. If you already have a preference for specific scents, buying separately gives you full control.
